The second main factor is to have excellent communication skills in selling. It is an art that an uninterested customer who visit shop for window shopping and goes back home with the products and giving you some profit.  You have complete knowledge about the product and you are not able to convey the right message to the customer will result into loss of a potential customer.  In sell, it is a common phrase that salesman has to keep speaking to convince the customer. I have seen that majority of top performers in sales department are not handsome. They dress well but they speak to sell the product brilliantly.


Whether you are selling a single or multiple products, a salesman has to be a good listener and observer.
