“I was told to make breads” Reham Khan, the former wife of Imran Khan revealed this statement in her recent interview with a British TV. In the interview, Reham Khan openly stated that a senior party member of the PTI asked her to stay in the kitchen only. According to Reham Khan, it was an embarrassing moment when she was directed by a senior party member to do so. She did not take the name of the senior member of the party.
She further disclosed that another senior party member used to send inappropriate messages through his mobile phone and she remained silent due to Imran Khan’s image.
Reham Khan blamed her former husband that he did not let her to take part in social activities. She was stopped visiting victims of different accidents in Peshawar. More, she detailed that she wanted to educate female wing of Paksitan Tehrek-e-Insaf but for some senior members, and the former BBC news reader was not accepted.
“Even, I was not allowed to direct a film, based on sacrifices contributed by Pakistan Army in the ongoing operation against the Taliban.”
She further added that she was an outgoing woman and she cannot sit at home all the day.
